Questions worth asking.

No. FlexiWork operates as your shift management and timesheet layer — it doesn't replace your CRM or candidate database. Agencies typically keep their existing ATS for recruitment and use FlexiWork from the point a worker is placed through to timesheet and pay calculation. The two systems are complementary, not competing.
Gross margin is the difference between what you charge your client and what you pay your worker. You input your charge rate per client into your FlexiWork dashboard. FlexiWork sees the worker's pay rate from their contract. The difference is your gross margin. FlexiWork takes 30% of that margin per shift, and you keep 70%. You continue billing your client at whatever rate you charge — FlexiWork's cut comes from your margin, not from an additional charge to your client.
The toggle is the worker's own decision — they opt in themselves when they want additional work during idle periods. You can see who in your workforce has toggled on in your dashboard. You cannot assign or block individual workers from opting in, but this is intentional — it protects both you and the worker. FlexiWork pays them directly for marketplace shifts, removing any payroll or employment liability from you for those placements.
At the end of each calendar month, FlexiWork calculates everything it has earned from your agency's activity — your 30% margin contribution, Stream 2 and Stream 3 placements. If that total equals or exceeds your monthly platform fee, your subscription charge is zero for that month. If it's short, only the difference is charged. For any agency processing meaningful shift volume, the break-even point is reached within the first few days of the month.
No. FlexiWork is completely invisible to your clients. Workers clock in and out through the app, but the timesheet reports your clients receive come from you — formatted as your own agency output, with your branding. Your clients don't see FlexiWork's name, interface or communications at any point. The relationship is entirely yours.
Revenue share is paid monthly based on active subscriptions. If a client you referred cancels, your income from that client stops at the end of their billing period. Clients who renew and upgrade generate more for you over time — a client moving from Starter to Growth increases your monthly share from £10.50 to £19.50. You can see all referred client statuses in your partner dashboard in real time.
